Our redesigned outdoor activities program for children, teenagers, and adults, includes incredible nightly entertainment, perfect to enjoy with the whole family while maintaining social distancing.
For your peace of mind, we would like to remind you of some of the specific actions that we are implementing. These actions comply with official sanitation policies and procedures, including security and disinfection measures recommended by the World Health Organization:
- Deep cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas.
- Mandatory quarantine and safety protocols for all our staff before their return to the hotel.
- All our staff is receiving continuous training as well as updates on the operational protocols implemented.
- Antibacterial gel dispensers available in both guest and employee areas.
- All handrails and doorknobs will be disinfected frequently throughout the day.
- Front desk and restaurant reception surfaces, restaurant tables, and common areas will be regularly sanitized after each use.
- We will continue the use of ozone generators each time a room is vacated.
- Controlled access for our staff will be established prior entering the hotel.
- Activities in the kids and teens areas will be supervised by our entertainment team, following the standards of sanitation to guarantee their safety.
