To all our Guests & Friends:
We are happy to announce that after the impact of hurricane Nora, no major damages were reported at Marival Armony, Marival Distinct or Marival Emotions. As you might know, last night at around 1 am, the climatic event impacted the Banderas Bay area as a category 1 hurricane in Saffir Simpson scale. There was heavy rainfall and high winds during most of the night, but we are happy to report that, thanks to our safety protocols, all our guests and staff are safe and sound.
Most common areas of the three hotels are open and we can assure that we will be 100% operational by the end of the day today. Our guests are now out of their rooms enjoying the pool and our restaurants and bars with complete safety. We are cautioning everyone not to swim in the ocean as high waves are expected until 6:00 PM today.
We are welcoming new guests today and assisting those that need to change their reservation to a later date without penalty if they were unable to fly to Puerto Vallarta because of the hurricane.
